Kailua Groups Make Holidays Merrier

eeking to help more than 200 Wind- ward children and their families in need, the Kailua Chamber of Com-
merce will hold its third holiday sharing drive-through event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Lau Hala Shops parking lot, located across from Kailua Post Office.
The chamber will collect new unwrapped toys for keiki of any age, gift cards, cash and canned goods from the public. Many community sponsors and volunteers will participate to provide the magic of Christ- mas. The donations will then be distributed during the Merry Little Kailua Christmas Party Dec. 17 at Enchanted Lake’s Emmanu- el Episcopal Church, which will be a special event for families and keiki in need of assis- tance. Those who wish to volunteer, sponsor or know of a Windward family in need to at- tend the party can visit emmanelkailua.org/ kailua-christmas or call 808-252-4548.
