eggy Failla and Terilyn Wong of Koʻolau Audiology & Hearing Aid Services in Kailua share that their
goal is to always place patients first by help- ing them achieve better hearing.
After previously working for other health care organizations, the two women decided to establish their own company together, which is located at 40 Aulike St., Ste. 211.
Failla and Wong opened their office in 2010, to offer hearing assessment and reha- bilitation, along with hearing aids, provid- ed by licensed, professional audiologists in Windward Oʻahu.
“We wanted to be in business for our- selves and provide services for all the Wind- ward side,” Failla explains. “Our emphasis is on service.”
Besides hearing aids and their repairs, other assistance the company provides its patients are with tinnitus (ringing in the ears) management and hearing evaluations. They also offer custom-fitted hearing protection,
