“We both have elderly parents with hearing aids. We’re very concerned about the elderly and their well-be- ing. Our counseling is not just with the patients. It’s also with the family mem- bers,” Failla emphasizes.
“The thing we like best is working with the patients. Our clientele are all ages, but they are predominantly elderly. The quality of care that we provide is our strong suit,” Failla says.
“Our patients would tell their friends what service they got here. That’s even more exciting,” Failla says.
