hose looking for a way to give back this holiday season (and who enjoy exercise) are in luck: The annual Jin-
gle Rock Run is slated for 3 p.m. Dec. 4 in Ko ‘Olina.
Proceeds will go toward Make-A-Wish Ha- wai‘i, a local nonprofit that grants wishes, such as a trip to Disneyland, to children with critical illnesses.
The 2.5-mile walk/run begins at Ko ‘Olina Resort, continues down the main road (Ali‘inui Drive) and loops around each lagoon, provid- ing participants with a chance to get their sweat on with a world-class view.
Attendees are encouraged to show their holi- day spirit by dressing in festive attire (there will be a contest), and entertainment will be offered along the route and at the festival grounds.
Registration fees are $40 for those age 13 and older and include a T-shirt. Meanwhile, kids ages 2-12 pay $30 and receive a T-shirt, as well as an opportunity to participate in the Keiki Sprint before the actual run commences.
