he public is invited to attend the grand opening celebration for the Goodwill Kāne‘ohe store and donation center at
Kāne‘ohe Shopping Center (45-934 Kame- hameha Hwy.) from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Oct. 1. The event will feature gift card giveaways for the first 100 customers in line (must be 18
years or older).
Customers will also be treated to compli-
mentary refreshments and live music, and can enter to win other special prizes through the rest of the week.
The Kāne‘ohe location opened its doors to customers on Sept. 9. The nonprofit or- ganization has been serving the Windward O‘ahu community since 2004 with attended donation centers located at Windward City Shopping Center and Windward Mall, which was closed recently in preparation for the new location. There is also a Goodwill in Kailua.
The Goodwill Kāne‘ohe store and donation center will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with donations being accepted starting at 9 a.m.
