as the popular Saito & Pho Japanese & Vietnamese Cuisine has opened its fourth O‘ahu location in the Windward City Shopping Center.
From its new eatery in Kāne‘ohe, which opened on Oct. 6, the Saito & Pho team looks forward to expanding its reach and serving the Windward community. The new restaurant is situated in the mau- ka-Kailua-side corner of the shopping center next to Genki Sushi, and is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
