Saito & Pho restaurant partners Vince and Quang Vu are no strangers to the restaurant business. The brothers operated several restaurants in Miami before coming to Hawai‘i. They joined forces with their childhood friend from Viet- nam, Nguyen, who current- ly owns three Saito & Pho restaurants.
Some favorite offerings at Saito & Pho include the pho noodle soup, Thai tea, ‘ahi ginger and its vermicelli dish served with barbecue chicken and spring rolls.
