HPH Hosts Clinic At Kapolei High

Coming up July 9-10, Ha- wai‘i Pacific Health will be hosting a vaccination clin- ic at Kapolei High School, located at 91-5007 Kapolei Pkwy., for West O‘ahu keiki.
The child’s parent or guardian must register on- line prior to the event.
On the day of the clinic — open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. each day — patients should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Parents and guardians must bring a photo ID, medical in- surance card (if applicable), and a printed and completed checklist, which is available on HPH’s website. HPH en- courages those receiving the shot to dress comfortably (children age 2 and younger will be given the vaccine in their upper thigh).
