Society’s 2023 Pets in Paradise calendar. The contest, which is open through the end of June, raises funds for the organization’s 30 programs and services.
Entering is simple: submit a photo online for $25 in one of the four categories: dog, cat, other animal and Hawaiian Humane Society alumni. Then, ask friends, family and fans to vote for a $1 donation ($5 minimum).
Those with the most votes will receive a photography session, Pet of the Month feature in the calendar, custom digital drawing by artist David Anderson, T-shirt and more.
Entrants will also automatically be entered to win the overall vote award as well as one of five monthly feature model awards select- ed by Hawaiian Humane. To qualify, all pho- tos should be of animals only (no humans), submitted in horizontal format and must be high-resolution.
