‘Ohana Receives Help With First Homes
Nareit Foundation’s recent $25,000 grant to Hawai‘i HomeOwnership Center Housing and Land Trust assists six workforce families who are first-time homebuyers. The donation covers costs such as insurance, utilities, association dues and minor renovations to prepare homes for the new owners.
