KALUA PIG NACHOS
Ingredients:
• 12 ounces wonton wrappers • 1 cup Ono brand kalua pork
• 1.5 tablespoons sriracha
• 1⁄2 cup mayo
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 1/2 pound salted salmon • 1 large onion
• 3-6 stalks green onion
• oil, for frying
Directions:
Make lomi salmon by dicing salm- on, tomatoes and onions into small bite-size pieces. Place ingredients
in bowl and lomi together until well mixed. Refrigerate and allow to mari- nate for an hour.
Prepare wonton by cutting each diagonally. Fry in a pan of oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil.
Warm kalua pig if you have it refrigerated. Mix mayo/sriracha and make adjustments according to taste.
Fry wonton with kalua pig, add fresh lomi salmon and drizzle the special sauce.
Serves 2-3 people.
