Jim Sullivan has been appointed to the board of directors for James Campbell Co. LLC. Sullivan spent 26 years at Green Street Advisors, an independent research and advisory firm concentrating on the commercial real estate industry in North America and Europe. He currently serves as an independent director for Bixby Land Co., a private real estate company with headquarters in Newport Beach, California.
Niki McCoy is one of Coldwell Banker Realty’s newest independent agents. Before joining the real estate brokerage company’s Kapolei office, McCoy served as a leasing consultant at Island Palm Community. Originally from San Diego, California, she relocated to O‘ahu almost 10 years ago. Real estate agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty are independent contractors.
Quin Ogawa is Hawai‘i Dental Service’s chief financial officer. He succeeds Cheryl Takitani-Smith, who retired in January. Ogawa is part of the HDS executive team and will report to Dr. Diane Paloma, president and chief executive officer. Ogawa has more than 25 years of financial health care experience, the majority of which have been in senior leadership positions.

Alessandra “Ali” Olsen has joined WhiteSpace Architects as an architectural designer. She will assist with educational, commercial and residential projects across the state. Her current projects include a number of custom residences across O‘ahu and Kaua‘i. Olsen earned a doctorate in architecture and a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa School of Architecture.
Keonipa‘a Anoba has been promoted by Pono Pacific Land Management LLC to farm supervisor at Kuilima Farm. In this new role, Anoba will oversee all production maintenance and manage the crew, organizing weekly task lists and fieldwork. He was previously the maintenance lead. Before that, he served as a crew supervisor with Pono Pacific on other conservation projects.
Tiffany Aukai is an associate attorney at Porter McGuire Kiakona. In this role, Aukai will be working with clients on O‘ahu and the neighbor islands. Prior to joining the law firm, she worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the City & County of Honolulu. Aukai earned her J.D. from University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law.
