Jared Neufeldt
Age 35, 5 feet 10, 200 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Neufeldt has three prior convictions and frequents the Honolulu area.
He is wanted on a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Sept. 8, 2015, a police officer was patrolling the Kapi‘olani area when he observed a male approach the victim who was sitting on a moped. The male began to punch him, causing him to fall off the moped, which he then tried to take off with, but a witness intervened and prevented the male from fleeing. The HPD officer was able to appre- hend the male, who was later identified as Jared Neufeldt, and he was subsequently placed under arrest for second-degree robbery.
Dustin Torres
Age 31, 5 feet 7, 158 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Torres has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pearl City area.
He is wanted on a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Dec. 12, 2014, the complainant had just with- drawn cash from an ATM in the Pearlridge area then sat down. An unknown male approached her from behind and snatched her wallet out of her hands and fled. Police were notified and were able to locate the male nearby, later identified as Dustin Torres. He was subsequently placed under arrest for second-degree theft and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information.
Tineu Titania, featured here Nov. 3, 2021, was arrested at approximately 12:04 p.m. on April 4, 2022 at 1440 Sand Island Pkwy., for her $15,000 bench warrant.

Dominick Siliga, featured here April 6, 2022, was arrested at approximately 9:13 a.m. on April 8, 2022, fronting 68 Makahiki Way for his three probation revocation warrants totaling $60,000.
