Kristy Nishida is vice president and team leader in First Hawaiian Bank’s Investment Services Department. Nishida will work closely with the bank’s personal trust and real estate officers to design, implement and monitor investment strategies for each trust. Nishida joined the bank in 2006 as an investment specialist in private wealth management.
Rey Baysa has been appointed executive chef of Outrigger Reef Waikīkī Beach Resort’s Kani Ka Pila Grille. Recently, he served as executive chef at Hilton Waikīkī Beach and chef de cuisine at Kapolei Golf Club, while also assisting Hawai‘i Convention Center with its culinary needs. He’s also worked at restaurants in California, Florida, Maui and Kaua‘i.
Arlina Agbayani is external affairs manager with Hawai‘i Public Policy Advocates. With more than 15 years of government and community relations experience, she is responsible for all association management and government relations projects. Previously, Agbayani worked at Hawai‘i Emergency Management Agency and Hawai‘i State Legislature.

Michael Morales is chief operating officer of Business Solution Technologies. In this role, he will oversee all project efforts for various large Hawai’i-based clients in the human resources, education and healthcare industries. He is also developing the comapny’s project team capacity and capabilities, and expanding its service offerings for Hawai’i’s business community.
Gina Amina has been recognized with the President’s Award for High Performance in the Community by Hawaiian Telcom. She is president of Waikīkī 2000 Lions Club, and has led and participated in various service projects, like The School Age Hearing Program, and food and supply drives for organizations that support kūpuna like Project Dana.
Dale Yasunaga has been appointed vice president of the small-business unit at Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. In this new role, he will help establish a group that will focus on providing value-added insurance service for Hawai‘i’s small businesses. Yasunaga will also be responsible for recruiting customer service, marketing and sales staff.
