PAINFUL HIPS OR KNEES? GET BACK TO BEING ACTIVE, AGAIN!
Hi, I’m Dr. Paul Norio Morton. I grew up on
the Big Island, and decided to become a doctor
while serving as a volunteer firefighter and
EMT in college. My love of sports, technology,
and helping people have come together in my
Orthopedic Surgery practice. I specialize in
hips and knees and am the first Orthopedic
Surgeon in Hawai‘i who is Fellowship-trained
in Robotic Joint Replacement. But even
though I love technology, I still believe in good,
old-fashioned, personalized care for all my
patients. If you’re suffering from painful hips
or knees, please give me a call. Together, we
can decide on the best treatment for you.

Here are some comments from a few of my patients.
| DoctorMorton.com
“Dr. Morton did my mom’s hip surgery in 2018 when she had a nasty fall.
She went into the ER and he did the surgery the next day. He has been taking care of her ever since. My mom is 98 years old and he provides excellent care. We highly recommend Dr. Morton!” - Joyce Y. (1/15/2021)
“I’ve lived with my left hip injury for 34 years (and) was reluctant to get it repaired after seeing 2 previous surgeons. When I first seen Dr. Morton I
can see how sincere and anxious (he was) to take on this challenge. I was amazed how different life is now that my walking has improved. I thank God that he has led me to Dr. Morton.” - Johan C. (11/18/2020)
“Dr. Morton treated me from July (2019). Lot of fractures and a broken arm. It was a difficult surgery because the plate that was previously put in had to be removed. Dr. Morton’s surgical skills are excellent. (He) is very caring and knows how to make you feel at ease. By far the best Orthopedic surgeon
that has worked on me. ”
