Rotary Club of Mil- ilani Sunrise has awarded more than $153,000 to graduating se- niors, announces scholarship chairperson Linda Conboy. “We have had the honor and privilege of meeting some of the finest and most awe- some students who will as- suredly make our world a better place,” states Conboy. Mililani High School recipi- ents are Blaise Swartwood, Miya Nishihira and Mar- tha Whitaker. Swartwood is the $5,000 winner of the Hawai‘i Rotary Youth Foun- dation scholarship. His field of study will be biomedical engineering at Rose-Hul- man Institute of Technology. Nishihira is the recipient of the club Interact Scholarship for $1,500. Nishihira will
