 Asecret sauce makes every- thing taste good. Do you have one? I have several. Before I share one of my favorites, I want to talk about a secret sauce for life.

The Secret Is In The Sauce To Make Food Taste Great

GINGER SAUCE
Ingredients
1/2 cup minced ginger 1 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 cup minced chopped
green onions
4 cloves chopped garlic
3/4 cup light vegetable oil 1 teaspoon salt, add more to
your taste
Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30 seconds. You want it chunky, not liquified.

I received some much needed guidance and clarity this morning. My spirit told me that I have been looking for happiness outside of myself.
The guidance I received is uni- versal wisdom for every human being — happiness comes from within. You generate it, so don’t wait for something to happen to be happy, be happy now. That sounds so simple, but it is actually life changing. My new recipe for hap- py living is, I choose to be happy. Our words create our experience. Instead of saying I have to (fill in the blank) say I get to (fill in the blank). Transform “I have to work” to “I get to work.” Can you feel the difference? Think about what you get to do as an opportunity.
Being the true foodie that I am, I often think of all the women on the Titanic who denied themselves a luscious dessert. Choosing to be happy is like eating dessert every day. This moment is all you have, so savor it. Savor the moment by us- ing this sauce on chicken, tofu and noodles.
