Windward Residents Go Above And Beyond With Service

Each year, it gives tens of thousands of youth a second chance to complete their education and advance into careers, higher education or the military.
In a time that was full of chaos and struggle, these staff members, who also all live in Windward Oʻahu, went above and beyond their normal duties to provide exceptional services to the young adults of Hawaiʻi Job Corps Center, officials em- phasize.
Guay’s professionalism, attention to detail, custom- er service to students and impeccable disability as- sessments also earned him recognition as a regional winner in this category.
