Special Olympics Hawai‘i Holds Summer Blood Drive In Kapolei
Special Olympics Hawai‘i held a blood drive June 6 at its new sports and wellness center in Kapolei as a way to combat the estimated 15% decrease in donations during the summer months. For every blood donation at any of Blood Bank of Hawai‘i’s drives across the state, a piece of sports equipment, PPE or technology equipment will be provided to Special Olympics Hawai‘i athletes.
