James Gahler
Age 49, 5 feet 7, 150 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. Gahler has 20 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
On March 1, 2019, a woman parked her car in downtown Honolulu and someone broke in and stole her purse. Police located a man in possession of her property nearby. They also confiscated a glass smoking pipe and meth from him. He was identified as Gahler and arrested for first-de-
gree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information.
Tony Petty
Age 46, 6 feet 2, 185 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Petty has nine prior convictions and is known to frequent the Windward side of O‘ahu.
On Dec. 12, 2018, a Honolulu Police Department officer saw a man on a moped commit a traffic infraction. The officer stopped him and found the moped had been reported stolen from Waimānalo Beach Park. The man on the moped, later identified as Petty, was subsequently arrested for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.

Conce Riveira Jr. (featured here on Jan. 18) was arrested on Feb. 2 by the state Department of Public Safety’s Sheriff’s Division.
