As more government pandemic support programs are ending, as well as the impact of inflation, we are seeing many island residents continue to struggle with the im- pacts of pandemic poverty. We’ve also seen requests for service in- crease this holiday season. Join with us to help individuals and families overcome the threat of eviction and keep food on their tables. Consider volunteering or providing a mone- tary donation.

The Salvation Army, an evangel- ical part of the universal Christian church established in London in 1865, has been supporting those in need in His name without discrim- ination for more than 128 years in Hawai‘i.
As we approach the new year, we also encourage those in our com- munity to consider The Salvation Army among their year-end dona- tions. Every donation helps us share Love Beyond Christmas for those in need, and all gifts stay within the community in which they are given.
Last year, we served just over one
million meals in Hawai‘i and helped nearly 26,000 families with housing assistance, rent and utilities.
