Age 49, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Ramirez has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the ‘Ewa Beach area.
On May 21, 2016, a victim was involved in an argument with a man in ‘Ewa Beach. The argument escalated and the man, later identified as Ramirez,
threatened the victim with a butcher knife. Ramirez was arrested for first-degree terroristic threatening.
