David Underriner has been named to Chaminade University’s board of regents. He is executive vice president of O‘ahu Operations and CEO of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children, Pali Momi Medical Center and Straub Medical Center. He was a former executive vice president and chief health officer at HMSA and past president of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals, Hawai‘i region.
Anne Marie Puglisi has formed Workplace Excellence by AMP LLC, a business that offers services to improve the work environment by providing investigations, training, mediation services and program development. Puglisi is a licensed attorney with more than 25 years of legal and business experience.
Jonathan Cook is president of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawai‘i for 2022-23. A search engine optimization and marketing consultant, he previously served on the chamber’s board of directors and executive board. He is also on the board of directors of the Honolulu Chinese Jaycees and was its president in 2009.

Elyse Takashige has been promoted to associate project architect at G70 design firm. Her notable projects include: Waipahu High School, ‘Aiea High School, Wai‘anae Seariders Production and more. Takashige was part of the fourth cohort of the Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance and is the CANstruction committee co-chair for the Hawai‘i chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
David Crouch joins Hilton Grand Vacations as director of resorts at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikīkī Beach Resort. He will oversee daily operations of HGV’s back- of-the-house team, collaborate on reserve projects and oversee brand standards. Crouch has 27 years of professional hospitality experience.
Rubierose Cacho joins Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. as an account manager in its benefit consulting unit. She will help the benefit consulting team assist existing and prospective clients with renewals and open enrollment meetings, and make sure employers are compliant with updated policies.
