Age 24, 5 feet 8, 210 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Tagovailoa-Gaopoa has no prior con- viction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
He is wanted on a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for review hearing and sentenc- ing.
On Oct. 23, 2017, at about 1:54 a.m., an HPD officer was patrolling the Kapi‘olani area when he observed the driver of a moped commit a traffic violation. The officer stopped the driver and upon making checks of the moped, it was discovered that the moped had been reported stolen on Oct. 12, 2017, from the Waikīkī area. The driver of the moped, later identified as Tagovailoa-Gaopoa, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
Gilbert Chock
Age 55, 5 feet 8, 167 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Chock has 16 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
He is wanted on a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.
On Nov. 27, 2018, at approximately 3 p.m., two victims were involved in an argument with a man
at their Moanalua area home. As the argument escalated, the man pointed a gun at both victims and threatened to shoot them. Police were notified and placed the suspect, later identified as Chock, under arrest for terroristic threatening in the first degree and unlawful place to keep a firearm.
