Ashlee Chung has been appointed chief of staff for ProService Hawai‘i. Chung is responsible for managing strategic projects across the organization to improve company operations and customer service. Previously, Chung served as director of operations at United Laundry Services, where she managed an array of business functions while simultaneously maintaining leadership of her team members.
Ryan Miyamoto is director of product, pricing and bid management for Hawaiian Telcom. A 22-year company veteran, Miyamoto leads a group responsible for the product strategy of Hawaiian Telcom’s business network services portfolios, including data, broadband internet, hosted communications (VoIP) and voice. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
Jennarae Lee is special projects manager for Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikīkī. In her role, Lee will oversee major capital expenditure projects and will assist with day-to-day functions of the engineering department, including general construction, repair and maintenance of existing facilities. Most recently, she was mechanical engineering consultant and project lead with Engineering Dynamics Corp.

Joey Aquino has joined Hawai‘i Land Trust’s 2022 board as director. Aquino currently leads strategic startup partnerships at Amazon Web Services, where he has supported more than 10,000 entrepreneurs worldwide over the past eight years with the company. Previously, he led business development at TeachStreet. Additionally, Aquino serves on the board of HawaiiKidsCAN.
Danielle DuCré is major gifts officer at Mid-Pacific Institute. DuCré is responsible for programs to secure major gifts, including endowment, capital and planned gifts from all Mid-Pacific Institute constituencies. She has more than a decade of program managerial experience, driving results through program design and feasibility, recruitment, marketing and internal relations.
Shawn Tasaka has been appointed O‘ahu general manager for Hawai‘i Gas. In this role, he will oversee the island’s transmission and distribution services, customer service and fleet operations. Tasaka has a solid background in utility management, safety, construction, supervision and project management. He received both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from University of Hawai’i at Mānoa.
