On May 19, 2014, the juvenile victims were waiting at a bus stop on California Avenue when

they were approached by a male who initially tried

o start a fight with the two victims and grabbed one

o
of their skateboards. When the victim held onto his
s
s
kateboard, the male used a Taser and shocked the vic-
k
t
m
m before grabbing the other victim’s skateboard and
i
r
alking away with it. Police were notified and, through
a
t
e investigation, the suspect was identified as Dela
t
e
h
h
u
uz. He was later located and placed under arrest on two counts of first-degree robbery.

Dominic Siliga
Age 33, 5 feet 9, 258 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Siliga has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Siliga is wanted on a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Aug. 19, 2015, HPD officers were sent to the Pali Safeway store on an assault complaint. Officers were able to locate the male suspect nearby and
as they were placing the male into the vehicle, the male kicked the officer numerous times causing him injuries. The male, who was identified as Siliga, was subsequently placed under arrest for first-degree assault against a law enforcement officer.
