Instructions:
Make a large pompom out of the white yarn. The sample shown is approximately 2 1/2 inches.
Slowly spiral wrap the metallic cord around the cone, spot gluing as needed. Glue the end of the cording to the inside.
Take the pompom and separate some of the yarn. Place the horn in that spot. Add glue to secure the horn to the pompom.
Cut two 1 1/2-inch leaf shapes form the white felt for the ears. Glue one to each side of the horn. For the eyes, cut two half-inch-long semi circles with points from black cardstock for the eyelashes. Or, you can just do round circles. Glue eyes to the pompom front, about halfway down form the horn.

Use the cording to tie up the yarn bundle, leaving a long enough tail to use as a hanger. Trim yarn bundle to make your pompom. Set the pompom aside for now.

• pompom maker tool, large or cardboard

• low-temp glue gun and glue
sticks
• pencil/pen, for tracing
