Brian Herold
Age 48, 5 feet 10, 164 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Herold has 14 prior convictions and is
known to frequent the Honolulu and Mililani areas. He is wanted for a $25,000 cash-only bench
warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On May 22, 2016, an employee of the Kailua Tar- get store observed a male select and conceal items in his clothing. The male then exited the store without paying for the items. The employee stopped the male outside the store and notified police. It was also discovered that the male had previously trespassed at the same store a few months prior. The male was later identified as Herold and was subsequently placed under arrest for second-degree burglary.
Trisha Pollard
Age 40, 5 feet 2, 136 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Pollard has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kailua area.
She is wanted for a $25,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to appear for hearing on a mo- tion for revocation of probation and resentencing on Jan. 27.
On Feb. 14, 2018, the vice president for a company in Honolulu discovered that an employee had ac- cessed the company’s payroll system and adjusted her salary giving herself an unauthorized pay raise. Police were notified and placed the employee, who was identified as Pollard, under arrest for first-degree theft and computer fraud.
