Age 43, 6 feet 6, 250 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Collier has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wai‘anae
area.
Collier is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to com-
ply with the terms and conditions of supervised release.
On Aug. 27, 2019, a Honolulu Police Department officer was sent to a motor vehicle collision in the Wai‘anae area where she observed
a truck had been towing a trailer that later detached when it hit a curb. Upon making checks of the trailer, it was discovered that it had been stolen from the Kalaeloa area. The driver, who was identified as Collier, was subsequently placed under arrest for second-degree theft. He is now wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of supervised release.
