      SUPPLIES AND TOOLS:
• 4 1/4-by-11-inch cardstock, for base
• 4-by-4-inch printed cardstock
• 2 1/4-by-4-inch cardstock, for gift card pocket
• 3 1/2-by-3 1/2-inch cardstock, for circle base, print or solid
• embellishments
for circle (stickers, stamps, etc.)
• button or cardstock circle, for closure
• foam glue dots
• double-stick tape
• We R Memory Keepers score board
• circle punch or circle die cut and die- cutting machine*
• scissors
* Note: You can also use a circular shape
to trace and cut out by hand in place of a punch or die.

Fold at the 6 3/4-inch scored line to the back and tape panel down.
Center the 2 1/4-by-4- inch cardstock pocket along the bottom edge of the 4-inch square. Tape the pocket in place by taping just two sides and bottom. Lift the 2 1/2-inch flflap and center the 4-inch square on the bottom layer. Tape down.
5 Decorate the 2 1/2-inch circle.
Close the top flap and place the circle in the half circle cut out. Tape to the panel below.
6 With the flap closed, position a button or other closure piece just below the flap
edge on the
left side, use a pop dot to glue down. The flap will tuck behind this piece to keep the card closed.
 Place the 4 1/4-by-11-inch card- stock onto the score board with the 11-inch edge along the top. Score at 2 1/2 and 6 3/4 inches.
Add more embellishments to the card and write a message on the inside of the flap if you want. Open flap to place gift card
inside of the pocket.

Fold over the 2 1/2-inch section. About half an inch from the right edge, punch or die cut out half a 2 1/2-inch circle.
