• 1 3/4 cups water
• 1 stalk green onion, cut small
• 1/2 clove garlic, chopped small
• 2 tablespoons fennel, shaved, for garnish
• 2 tablespoons radish, shredded, for garnish • 1/4 cucumber, sliced thin, for garnish
• sprinkle sesame seeds, for garnish
• 4 pea shoots, for garnish

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, Business Administra- tion, or related field, and 3 years of progressively responsible professional experi- ence in data analysis and reporting; Knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and theories and system associated with data reporting and data confidentiality; Knowledge and experience with data pull- ing and data mining using MySQL; Experience in qualitative methods using natural language processing software Python; Experience in quantitative statistical meth- ods using software SPSS and Excel; Experience in conducting training to address inquiries and provide consulting services to data users; Experience with data analy- sis in higher education, such as WASC and NSSE, and identifying data issues; Ex- pertise in analyzing and reporting international rankings, such as QS, Times, ARWU, USNWR, and address inquiries from senior administrators; Experience in conducting and analyzing campus-wide student and employee surveys; Experience in creating online data visualization reports using Highcharts; Expertise in data consolidation to address data inconsistency issues caused by changes within the university among various database, such as students, courses, and employees.
