Take the 1 1/2-inch ribbon for the wings and make a small loopy bow about 10-inches wide. Make the bow with two to four loops.

You can make a halo with glitter stem or wire garland and spot glue to the top of the ornament ball head. To make into an orna- ment, you can make a short loop with the sheer ribbon and glue to the back above the wings.

7. Cut small pieces from a floral pick and glue under the neck for decoration.
Make a small bow with sheer ribbon. Glue to the neck, just under the ornament ball, hiding the glued area of the gathered ribbon loops.
