Barcus is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to com-

that someone had stolen her vehicle from the parking lot of her residence. On March 31, 2017, Honolulu Police Department officers were sent to the Walmart Ke‘eaumoku parking lot on a
report of the vehicle being there. Upon their arrival, they located the stolen vehicle, which was being driven by a female. The
female, who was identified as Barcus, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
