Tom Leatherman is superintendent of Pearl Harbor National Memorial. He began his National Park Service career as an intern at Pinnacles National Park in California in 1989 and, most recently, was superintendent of four NPS sites in the Oakland area. There, Leatherman worked closely with the U.S. Army and Navy.
Pei Pei Chan is an associate at KY International Inc. In her new position, Chan will be assisting the partners with office administration and promotion of the firm, as well as continuing with her professional design duties. Chan has been with the company for the past 17 years and recently held the position of project designer/manager.
Kepa Barrett has been promoted to external affairs officer at Kupu. He will oversee development events for the nonprofit, manage outreach contractors to support the organization, and ensure that progress and financial reports are completed for funding purposes. Barrett has been involved with Kupu for 10 years and began his journey there in high school.

Robin Fakaosi is director of community services with Honolulu Community Action Program. She is responsible for the development, implementation and support of programs and services. Fakaosi will develop and maintain working relationships with community partners and provide leadership and support to managers and staff.
Dr. William Paul Berg is chief medical officer of Wahiawā Health. A family medicine physician, Berg attended Ross University School of Medicine and graduated from University of Texas – Houston’s family medicine residency program. Previously, he worked at Hilo Medical Center, Ho‘ola Lahui of Kaua‘i and Wai‘anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center.
Diane Inouye is vice president of the commercial insurance division at Island Insurance Cos. She is also president of IC International, a wholesale provider of excess and surplus lines insurance, which recently joined the Island Insurance family of companies. Inouye has more than 35 years of experience and is a University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa grad.
