Justin Puckett is the Hawai‘i market leader with Humana. He is responsible for the development, expansion and management of Humana’s business presence and success in the state. Puckett also plays a key role in working with local providers. Previously, he served as director of value-based care transformation and performance at Hawai‘i Pacific Health.
Phillip Yi Le Deng has been promoted to vice president of KY International Inc. In his new position, Yi Le Deng will be assisting the partners with office administration and promotion of the firm, as well as continuing with his professional design duties as project architect. He has been with the company for 19 years and previously held the position of senior associate.
Michael Esposito has been named director of HR innovation at Business Solution Technologies. He is responsible for managing the human resources consulting and human resources information systems projects for the company’s Hawai‘i-based clients and assisting them with expanding their full HR capabilities. He brings more than 35 years of experience to the position.

Cindy Lam has been appointed chief financial officer of Maryknoll School. She will work to ensure efficient and effective management of the school’s financial resources. Her primary responsibilities include financial planning, accounting, management and reporting of the assets, financial risk and control management, employee compensation and personnel policies.
Dr. Amy Jenkins is now practicing at Wahiawā Center for Community Health. She is interested in general pediatric, adolescent and preventative medicine. Jenkins attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her University of Hawai‘i John A. Burns School of Medicine pediatric residency program at Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children.
Maila Gibson-Bandmann is an independent agent with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Honolulu office. Prior to joining the firm, Gibson- Bandmann served as a realtor-associate at Locations LLC. She has 15 years of residential real estate experience. Gibson-Bandmann has been nominated twice for Honolulu Star-Advertiser’s Aloha ‘Āina Award.
