Age 26, 5-foot-8, 135 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Brown has nine prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Wai‘anae areas.
Brown is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court.
At about 10 a.m. March 1, 2015, a witness observed a male break into a vehicle that was parked on the street in the Mākaha area. Police were notified and, through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Brown. He was later located and placed under arrest for first-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

Brandon Matsushita-Tisalona, featured here Sept. 15, was arrested at approximately 11:25 a.m. Sept. 16 at North Hotel and Smith streets for his $20,000 probation revocation warrant and $100 contempt warrant.
