Age 34, 5-foot-4, 130 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Torres has 10 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Wai‘anae areas.
Torres is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and con- ditions of his probation.
At approximately 10:35 a.m. Feb. 13, 2015, an em- ployee for Salt Lake Target observed a male to run out of the store while carrying a bag. Upon reviewing the video surveillance, it was discovered that the male had stolen more than $1,500 worth of electronics. Police were notified, and through the investigation, the sus- pect was identified as Torres. He was later located and placed under arrest for second-degree theft.

Age 51, 5-foot-3, 104 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Tagata has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Wai‘anae areas.
Tagata is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and condi- tions of her mental health court.
At 10:35 a.m. Feb. 2, 2017, the complainant’s vehicle was being serviced at a dealership in the Beretania
Street area when an unknown female entered the vehicle and drove away. Later in the day, a Honolulu Police Department officer was patrolling the Pali area when he located the stolen vehicle, which was being operated by the female. The female, who was identified as Tagata, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
Cecilia Talia, featured here April 28, was arrested on July 30 at approximately 2:19 p.m. at 2219 N. School St. for her $20,000 probation revocation warrant and $150 contempt warrant.
