  NEW! Seated Tai Chi- Moving for Better Balance - Level II Tuesdays and Thursdays
July 6 through July 29, 2021, 9 AM to 10 AM
Improve your balance, mobility, and mental well-being with seated Tai Chi; an adaptation from the traditional art of Tai Ji Quan. This class is specifically for seniors who use a cane, walker or wheelchair and is taught from the seated position. You will learn forms 5 through 8 practicing progressive movement drills.
The overall goal is improved balance which is essential for activities of daily living.
