In the midst of a pandemic, owner Kip Goo and his team pushed for- ward with plans for a second site and credit all of the local support for making this possible. The Blue Diamond location held a soft open- ing May 15 for friends, family and foodies, and opened its doors to the public the following Monday. It will offer familiar favorites, such as poke bowls and ‘ahi katsu, as well as one-of-a-kind mochi donuts.
In addition to bringing the music back, the entertainment options in Vegas continue to grow. Magician Shin Lim will be performing at The Mirage July 1.

Davis was the Raiders’ longtime owner, a Hall of Fame in- ductee, American Football League Coach of the Year and AFL commis- sioner. Since his passing in 2011, Raiders fans, along with the team, pay tribute to him by lighting the torch in his honor, and this tradition will continue here in Vegas.
