Ingredients
• 5 cups chicken
broth
• 8 pieces
butterfish
• 1 bunch
watercress
• Hanapēpē
salt, to taste
• 3 slices ginger • Hanalei poi
Directions
Pour chicken broth into large pot and add ginger. Bring to a boil. Add butterfish. Chop up watercress in 1-inch pieces and add to the pot. Cook fish thoroughly. Add salt to taste. Serve with Hanalei poi.
