Donovan Duarte
Age 24, 5-foot-7, 135 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Duarte has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kāne‘ohe area.
Duarte is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his drug court.
On July 26, 2018, the complainant discovered that someone had broken into her vehicle, which was parked in the Kahuku area. The complainant later discovered that someone had used her stolen credit card at Pūpūkea Foodland. Police were notified, and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Duarte. He was later located and placed under arrest for fraudulent use of a credit card, unauthorized possession of confidential personal information and third-de- gree attempted theft.
Matthew Sconci
Age 34, 5-foot-8, 140 pounds, blond hair and blue eyes. Sconci has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the ‘Aiea area.
Sconci is wanted for a $75,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for his trial call on March 15.
On July 23, 2019, the complainant reported to police that someone had cashed two forged checks at Bank of Hawai‘i’s Kapahulu and Hawai‘i Kai branches. Police were notified, and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Sconci. He was later located and placed under arrest for two counts of sec- ond-degree forgery and second-degree theft.
