 IA ‘Bowl’-d Way To Display Sweet Treats

3. Working on a small section at a time, spread a thin layer of the Mod Podge onto the clear wrapped bowl.

  1. Cover the outside of the bowl with the plastic cling wrap, smoothing out as best as you can. Fold the ends of the wrap over
to the inside of the bowl. Turn the bowl upside down so the bot- tom is facing up.
  2. Cut or tear the tissue paper into small pieces.
