Human Trafficking Awareness Day, Red Sand Project
Ho‘ōla Nā Pua, together with government officials and community leaders, observed National Human Trafficking Awareness Day on Jan. 11, with the activation of the Red Sand Project sidewalk movement in Hawai‘i. The Red Sand Project is a national movement highlighting crevices in pathways and sidewalks with red sand to raise awareness of the vulnerabilities that can lead to trafficking and exploitation. Hoaloha Nurse Aide Training Program

This is a State approved training program, preparing you for the State CNA Certification Exam.
Class schedules for 2021: April 5 - May 5, July 5 - August 4, October 4 - November 3.
This will be a virtual class, Monday through Thursday, from 5:00pm to 9:15pm, via Zoom. Four Saturdays during that time will be in the classroom at 94-1388 Moaniani Road, Suite 206, Waipahu in the Watanabe International Offices, for Exams and Clinical Practice.
The application can be found on the Hale Hau‘oli Hawaii website at www.halehauolihawaii.org under CNA. The registration fee is due with the application. The program fee is due before the first night of class.
Scholarships are available through Hawaii Pacific Gerontological Society, HPGS.org and Adult Day Centers Hawaii.
