Locally Owned ‘Aiea Barbershop Builds Its Success On ‘Collective’ Effort
FROM PAGE 1
When asked about his busi- ness concept, Tudela recalls the definition of a collective: “A group of individuals com- ing together to form one entity; a family, team or squad. And that is exactly what we are as a barbershop. From the time you enter our doors to when you leave, we hope you feel welcomed and a part of the family. We offer a multitude of services, everything starting from traditional gentleman’s haircuts to straight-razor skin fades and full perm services. Our goal is to bring your vi- sion to life.”

“We hold a strong emphasis on our warm neutral tones and a positive shop culture,” Tude- la says.
Tudela is grateful to his customers and colleagues for helping to support and build a truly local business, and col- lectively working to strength- en Hawai‘i’s economy.
