I am happy to report that the department is following through with Reso- lution 20-292 by including video surveillance of the lines at refuse convenience centers.

Resolution 22-71 for Resilient Water Infrastructure
I authored and introduced Res- olution 22-96, which was adopted by the City Council. This legisla- tion urges the city Department of Planning and Permitting to revise and improve procedures for noti- fying the public about proposed revisions to public infrastructure maps (PIMs). When the city pro- poses to build or acquire land for a major public infrastructure project, the project must be designated with a symbol on the appropriate PIM. Sometimes the location of the proj- ect is unknown, but the city must still notify the public.
The Planning and Zoning Com- mittee will receive updates from DPP on this issue.
