FEBRUARY 16, 2022 5
Dear Hearts,
Nowadays it sure is becoming challenging to even serve plate lunches.
With lack of inventory alone you have to roll with the punches. Then there is the severe labor shortage issue.
It’s enough to make you want to grab a box of tissue.
Other things to deal with are constant safety changes
And ordinances just to name a few.
In times like these it makes one wonder...
What would our predecessors do?
Would they throw in the towel, cry and give up the fight? Or would they suck it up, do their best and grind with
all their might?
We are here because of the hardships that others Endured for us in the past.
It’s our job to make things even better
And to create a positive future that will last.
Sincerely,
Bryce “Saimin Jr”
