tle Joe’s Steakhouse, meanwhile, will share a 12,000-square-foot space that was formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports. The ex- pansion represents Liliha Bakery’s fifth location and Little Joe’s Steakhouse’s second, and both eateries’ first foray into Leeward O‘ahu. Liliha Bakery sells fresh handmade pastries and local dishes, including popular favorites like coco puffs, poi mochi dough- nuts, loco mocos and hand- pressed hamburger steaks. Little Joe’s Steakhouse fea- tureswet-agedsteaks,fresh seafood and handcrafted cocktails. Both restaurants are expected to open by summer 2022.

Three new tenants are slated to open at Pearl High- lands Center over the coming year. Local businesses Lil- iha Bakery and Little Joe’s Steakhouse are expanding to the area, while The Good Feet Store is opening a new location. These three tenants add to the roster of restau- rants, shops, entertainment and service providers for area residents.
“Liliha Bakery is a local favorite islandwide,” states Alexander & Baldwin ex- ecutive vice president and chief real estate officer Lance Parker. A&B is the owner of Pearl Highlands Center.
