Recipes Benefit Nonprofit
Hawaiian Electric, which is headquartered in Hono- lulu, is now taking preor- ders for its annual cook- book. This year’s version is called Pilina — Connecting Through the Rich, Local Flavors of Our Islands. The cookbook contains 150 pages of recipes from Ha- waiian Electric employees across the state.
It’s priced at $15 and proceeds will benefit Aloha United Way.
