atholic Charities Housing Develop- ment Corp. recently dedicated the third completed phase of its Meheula
Vista senior affordable rental housing devel- opment in Mililani Mauka. A blessing and groundbreaking also marked the start of the fourth phase of the project.
Meheula Vista provides low-income seniors with an affordable permanent living option, with complementary amenities so residents can “age in place.” Serving seniors with in- comes of 60% or less of the area median in- come, the completed third phase of Meheula Vista includes 75 one-bedroom, one-bath units. When fully completed, there will be four apartment buildings totaling 301 housing units and 143 on-site parking stalls. Among the amenities are fully equipped kitchens, a picnic area, community room, landscaped common areas, coin-operated laundry and an on-site resident manager.
