Waialua artist Bernie Moriaz is currently preparing for his solo art exhibition at Gallery on the Pali. Titled “Fun Art/Found Art,” Bernie’s “Outsider” series will be on view from Nov. 10 to Dec. 12 with a reception planned from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 16 (Call 595-4047 for details). Ron Artis II, his wife Julia and brother Thunderstorm Artis will perform a “temporary farewell” concert from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov. 23 at Jerry’s Pizza Mill on Goodale Avenue in Waialua (637-8866), where Ron also will introduce his Christmas album. The trio will then fly to Germany and do gigs in towns like Leipzig and Klettbach for a couple of months.
